What makes a good photo?
1.Make sure your photo has good lighting – enough to see the details of your loved one’s face, but not so much that their face is too bright to see. Darker photos make it hard for our designers to capture the details!
2.A head-on shot is preferred. Make sure that you get the full face in the photo, including the ears and forehead. If we can only see half of the face or the photo is taken from the side, only half of the face will be on your product!
3.Avoid blurry photos – the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. Remember that the photo will be shrunk down, so some subtle features may not be seen as clearly in the final product.
Do you crop the photo for me?
We crop the photo for you! Just send us a high-quality, head-on photo of your loved one and we’ll crop out the background details so only the face is featured on your product!
If your pet or person has an accessory, hat, or collar that you would like to keep (or get rid of), please specify these details in the order notes.
What is your change/cancellation policy?
About cancellation policy
1. Within 12 hours after placing an order, if you consult customer service online or email to 4FunGift, cancellation of orders is acceptable, and can get a full refund.
2. Within 12-24 hours after placing an order, the order enters the production time. If you need to cancel the order, your order is subject to a 50% restocking fee, so 50% of the order amount will be returned.
3. Within 24-72 hours after placing an order, if you need to cancel the order, 20% of the order amount will be returned.
4. More than 72 hours after the order is placed, unable to set cancellation order.
5. After shipment: unable to set cancellation order.
Free shipping over $69. For orders under $69, you'll have to pay $7.99 as shipping fees.

How long will the delivery time?
Specific delivery time:
1. Production time: about 1-2 days to arrange the orders and check the design, 2-5 business days to produce it. (holidays are postponed)
2. Shipping time: The date after delivery shall prevail (the specific shipping time depends on the shipping method)
Fastest logistics: 4-6 business days (using DHL)
Priority Shipping: 6-10 business days
Standard Shipping: 8-12 business days
Remote areas: about 30 days (using E-Packet) (Ordinary logistics)
